Job Responsibilities
- Cook and prepare menu items as requested by customers.
- Stock necessary food preparation stations.
- Maintain a clean working space during and after business hours.
- Stock, organize, and clean kitchen and utensils.
- Properly store food, including rotating, cooling, reheating, and stocking at proper temperatures.
- Prepare vegetables, meats, seafood, and dairy without cross-contamination.
- Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safety and sanitation.
- Prepare all food according to company recipes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-3 years of full-service restaurant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and mathematical skills.
- Experience in food preparation and presentation preferred.
- Previous training experience preferred.
- Multi-tasking ability.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
