Job Responsibilities
  • Cook and prepare menu items as requested by customers.
  • Stock necessary food preparation stations.
  • Maintain a clean working space during and after business hours.
  • Stock, organize, and clean kitchen and utensils.
  • Properly store food, including rotating, cooling, reheating, and stocking at proper temperatures.
  • Prepare vegetables, meats, seafood, and dairy without cross-contamination.
  • Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safety and sanitation.
  • Prepare all food according to company recipes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of full-service restaurant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer and mathematical skills.
  • Experience in food preparation and presentation preferred.
  • Previous training experience preferred.
  • Multi-tasking ability.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
