Job summary

Little Hen is seeking a Line Cook for its Miami location, joining a high-volume brunch concept known for beautiful food and fast-paced teamwork.

The Line Cook will prepare dishes to recipes, maintain the station, and ensure food safety and timely plating. Weekends and holidays availability is required; mornings and daytime shifts are offered with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience preferred.
• Fast-paced, high-volume kitchen experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.
• Food handler certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Set up and stock the station before service
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy brunch service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures
• Communicate with the chef and team during service
• Keep station clean, organized, and ready at all times
• Assist with cleaning and closing duties as needed

Line Cook
