Job summary

Thirsty Moose in Merrimack, NH is hiring line cooks and pizza makers for a fast-paced kitchen. Positions can be full-time or part-time, with experience in high-volume kitchens preferred and reliable transportation required.

Pay depends on experience; full-time employees receive health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401k plan and company discounts. We are hiring right now.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
• Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
• Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
• Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
• Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

We are in need of line cooks and pizza makers for a busy kitchen. This position could be full time or part time. Experience in a high volume kitchen preferred and reliable transportation is a must.

Line Cooks and Pizza Makers duties and responsibilities:
