Thirsty Moose in Exeter, NH is hiring line cooks and pizza makers for a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Positions can be full time or part time; experience in a busy kitchen is preferred and reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities include stocking and setting up stations, preparing food, coordinating with servers to complete orders on time, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cooking experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong organizational and active listening skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock and set up kitchen stations.
• Prepare food, clean, cut ingredients, and cook main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
• Coordinate with servers to complete orders on time.
• Wash and clean kitchen and utensils; store equipment after shifts.
• Ensure kitchen operations meet food safety standards and regulations.
