Job summary

Alternate Ending Beer Co. is seeking Line Cooks to join a kitchen that makes food from scratch with sourdough and seasonal ingredients. You’ll learn, contribute ideas, and grow in a creative, independent brewpub environment.

We offer full-time or part-time schedules, a $20–$22/hour wage depending on experience, and a sign-on bonus after 3 months. Reports to Head Chef; weekend availability is appreciated; gluten considerations are noted as part of kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of BOH experience; willingness to train the right person.
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality; care about food and hospitality.
• Ability to follow recipes and established kitchen procedures; dependable and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Cook in a scratch kitchen, following recipes and procedures.
• Assist with daily line prep, station setup, and menu execution.
• Contribute ideas to specials and new menu items; support a busy kitchen.
