Schedule

• Primarily afternoon/evening shifts
  • 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Occasional daytime shifts
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Full-Time.
• Flexible scheduling when possible.

What You’ll Do

As part of our culinary team, you’ll be trained in all areas of the kitchen and will assist with preparing and serving exceptional meals for our members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads, sandwiches, and cold menu items.
• Assist with banquet and special event food preparation.
• Prepare dressings, sauces, and mise en place.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards.
• Rotate and properly store food using FIFO methods.
• Monitor product levels and communicate shortages.
• Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Support fellow cooks during service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
