Position: Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member)

Objective: To serve great tasting and visually appealing food, maintain high standards for product presentation, quality, and cook times, and learn all kitchen roles through cross-training.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare menu items according to recipes and specifications.
  2. Complete assigned prep work and set up workstation.
  3. Practice sanitary and safe food handling.
  4. Maintain cleanliness of work area.
  5. Complete cleaning projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to handle kitchen equipment and lift cases up to 50 pounds.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Mobility and physical ability to perform tasks required.
Physical Demands:

Must navigate the restaurant, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and have adequate vision. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
