Job Summary:

The main duties of the Line Cook include preparing and cooking food at a specific station, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock cook stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare food by cutting, mixing, chopping, and making sauces
• Cook items on the line via grilling, frying, sautéing, and broiling according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, following safety regulations
• Handle and store food safely
• Conduct inventory counts before and after shifts
• Work on weekends, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds
