Job Title: Line Cook at Peachtree Group

Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a professional Line Cook to prepare food according to the chef's specifications and set up stations for the menu. The responsibilities include assisting the executive and sous chefs with daily tasks, contributing to customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Set up and stock food items and supplies.
2. Prepare food by cutting, chopping, mixing, and making sauces.
3. Cook food using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods to specified recipes and standards.
4. Maintain cleanliness and comply with sanitation requirements by handling food properly and storing it correctly.
5. Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of each shift.
6. Perform inventory checks and maintain food storage logs.
