We are hiring a Hotel Line Cook

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Great opportunity to bring your culinary skills to one of North America’s fastest-growing hospitality companies – Concord Hospitality Enterprises. As a hotel cook, you'll delight our guests with your attention to presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures. Depending on the hotel brand, food service may range from buffet breakfasts to plated dinners and banquet events. Our cooks are team players working with our operations team to provide professional, competent, and prompt service to guests and clients.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
2. Properly document all food containers and adhere to rotations per SOP.
3. Practice safety standards at all times.
4. Report to work in a full, clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve.
5. Cook orders according to guest requests and special needs in a positive manner.
6. Be proactive with ordering, food preparations, and equipment maintenance to prevent service disruptions.
