We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team at Enchantment Resort. The ideal candidate will follow instructions precisely to deliver high-quality food service across various outlets, adhering to our standards and plating guidelines. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment is essential.

Work Environment

Main Kitchen, Outlet Kitchens, Stewarding areas. Work involves exposure to variable temperatures, noise levels, outdoor/indoor settings, fumes, dust, chemicals, and odors.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in Culinary School or prior experience in a hotel or full-service restaurant.
• Food handling certification.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and adapt recipes.
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Physical movements throughout work areas.
• Remain stationary for long periods.
• Effective communication with guests, management, and team members.
