Responsibilities

The line cook is responsible for maintaining consistent excellence in food preparation, adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards, setting up equipment, and verifying stock levels.

• Prepare menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and specifications.
• Complete all assigned prep work.
• Set up work stations according to station diagrams.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after shifts.
• Complete assigned cleaning projects daily and weekly.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have excellent communication skills, mobility throughout the shift, the ability to lift 25-50 lbs., and be able to stand for the duration of the shift. The minimum age requirement for this position is 18.
