Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Line Cook to join our energetic team in Texas. The role involves preparing a variety of meals using methods such as cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and other cooking techniques in line with the Red Robin standards.

You will adhere to safety and cleanliness guidelines to ensure guest safety and satisfaction, and you’ll enjoy a free meal each shift along with a collaborative team environment.

Line Cook

Line Cook Range: $15.95 - $19.24

Red Robin is not your typical burger restaurant. We’re a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun! The Line Cook will prepare food the Red Robin way, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. The cook will keep guests worry-free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. In addition to base pay you will also receive a free meal each shift.

2. Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).

4. Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
