Job summary

Flava Wings in the Houston area is hiring line cooks who can work mornings, evenings, and weekends at our locations 7395 McHard Rd. and 13646 Bissonnet St.

A current Food Handler's Certification is required, plus at least 1 year of line cook experience and hands-on fryers work. Candidates should have experience in chicken preparation, knowledge of how commercial kitchens operate, and the ability to learn quickly while multitasking.

Qualifications

• A current Food Handler's Certification - A MUST TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW.
• At least 1 year experience as a line cook.
• Hands on experience working with commercial deep fryers.
• Past restaurant experience specifically preparing chicken.
• Availability to work mornings, and/or evenings, and weekends.
• Knowledge of how commercial kitchens operate.
• Understanding of general cleaning procedures in a commercial kitchen.
• Ability to learn quickly and multi-task.
• Sense of self initiative, integrity, and pride in your work.
