Job summary

Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club in Harbor Springs, MI is seeking an Experienced Line Cook for the summer season. Pay ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, with full-time hours during summer and part-time in the off-season, plus occasional holiday and event shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation, food preparation, and storage standards.
• Set up and clean up assigned food station.
• Prepare menu items per recipe guidelines.
• Clean equipment and ensure proper food storage.
• Store all stock items in walk-in cooler and dry storage; label, date, and rotate consumable products.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
