Job Summary
To produce and maintain the quality of menu items assigned to your station according to the company's menu recipes and specifications. To ensure the company's safety, sanitation, and food standards are met according to recipes, procedures, quality, and timeliness.
Job Responsibilities
- Be ready to work at your scheduled time in proper uniform.
- Maintain a brisk, steady pace; stay organized; avoid unnecessary steps.
- Adhere to 100% of recipes when prepping or assisting with production.
- Use scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards for portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment; practice 'clean as you go.'
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Organize supplies proactively before busy periods.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow OSHA guidelines.
- Handle food safely, including receiving, rotating, and stocking food.
- Support food prep as needed.

Qualifications
