Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Gilbert is currently seeking a Line Cook to join our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
2. Prep ingredients and prepare dishes.
3. Plate prepared foods following the Executive Chef's guidance.
4. Coordinate with servers to ensure orders are completed accurately and promptly.
5. Wash and clean the kitchen and utensils, and store equipment at the end of shifts.
6. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
7. Follow all sanitation and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong culinary background.
• Availability to work nights and weekends preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Food handler certification required.
