Job summary

Mainsail is seeking a motivated Line Cook to join the culinary team at the Trilith Guesthouse Hotel in Fayetteville, GA. This role involves preparing and plating foods for banquets and outlets, with a focus on luxury service and guest satisfaction.

We require at least 1 year of culinary experience, preferably in a luxury setting. Culinary training is preferred but not required; strong knife skills and knowledge of food handling and sanitation are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year culinary experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
  • Culinary degree preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in Food Handling & Sanitation standards.
  • Show positive teamwork skills.
  • Good knife skills and responsibility for preparation, plating, and service of all foods.
  • Assist in monthly inventories and adhere to company guidelines.

Responsibilities
