Job summary

Bartaco in Denver is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and cook menu items with precision, follow recipes, and uphold the brand's quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe station.

You’ll support the kitchen during prep, service, and rush periods, collaborate with FOH & BOH teammates, and jump in where needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Previous line cook experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with line cook responsibilities and stations.
• Knowledge of cooking methods and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to stay calm, focused and detail-oriented under pressure.

• Positive, team‑player attitude with a willingness to learn
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
