University Retirement Community, Davis is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our culinary team for our fine-dining restaurant, upscale Bistro, and catering services. Open availability, including weekends and weekdays, is preferred.

We offer competitive wages, a friendly environment, and comprehensive benefits. Cook I starts at $17.00–$20.91/hr and Cook Lead at $20.00–$24.00/hr, with DOE. A valid Food Handlers card is required; ServSafe Manager cert is a plus.

Overview

University Retirement Community, Davis’ premier upscale senior living community, is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our team of culinary professionals to create awesome food for our fine-dining restaurant, upscale casual Bistro, catering services, and/or all other areas of our culinary program. Open availability is preferred, weekends/weekdays.

Positions Available:

• Cook I: Entry-level with at least 1 year of experience.
• Cook Lead: 4-5 years’ experience as a line cook or experience in a lead position or higher.

Compensation:

• Cook I: $17.00 - $20.91 / hr DOE
• Cook Lead: $20.00 - $24.00 / hr DOE
