The line cook is responsible for preparing menu items as assigned following prescribed recipes and standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Prepares and oversees the preparation of a variety of menu items ensuring the finished product quality and safety guidelines. Ensures team members understand specials during assigned shift.
