Position Summary

Accurately and efficiently cook food products, prepare, and portion food prior to cooking. Perform duties related to food and final plate preparation.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare a variety of food items using equipment such as flat top grills, stove tops, waffle makers, Panini presses, and fryers.
2. Ensure quality of products prepared and served.
3. Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies.
4. Maintain sufficient stock levels at line stations for smooth service.
5. Keep work stations and equipment clean and sanitary.
6. Follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup.
7. Handle, store, and rotate products properly.
8. Assist in food prep during off-peak times.
9. Open and close the kitchen following proper procedures and assist in cleaning and maintenance.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Availability from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, including weekends. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
