We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team at Keke's Breakfast Cafe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food products efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food items using equipment such as flat top grills, stove tops, waffle bakers, Panini presses, and fryers.
• Ensure the quality of all prepared and served products.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels at line stations.
• Keep work stations, equipment, and refrigeration units clean and sanitary.
• Follow proper plate presentation and garnishing procedures.
• Handle, store, and rotate products properly.
• Assist in food prep during off-peak hours.
• Open and close the kitchen following proper procedures.
• Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Availability from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, including weekends (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Dress code: black chef pants or dark jeans with a black belt, and black non-slip shoes on the first day.
