Job Description

As a Line Cook, you will strive to exceed our guests’ expectations and ensure their complete satisfaction. You will prepare menu items and specials, assist with creating and developing new items, and have the opportunity to explore your culinary passion and creativity. Candidates should be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  1. Maintain proper food handling and safety procedures.
  2. Prepare, produce, and present menu items.
  3. Coordinate selling of single out tickets from the station.
  4. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
  5. Prepare and stock necessary supplies.
  6. Clean and organize the station at the end of shifts.
  7. Ensure safety, sanitation, and organizational standards are met.
  8. Properly use and maintain all equipment.
  9. Assist with cleaning and organizing the kitchen and storage areas.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Brew House Manager.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Basic professional cooking and knife skills.
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
  • Ability to obtain State-mandated food safety certification.

Starting hourly wage is $17.00/hour.
