Job summary

The Halal Shack in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will bread and fry signature chicken dishes to order, ensuring maximum freshness and flavor in a fast-paced setting.

You'll hand-bread chicken, maintain quality, lead daily prep, and work closely with teammates to deliver consistent results during peak hours, while upholding strict hygiene standards. Experience in fry stations preferred; training available.

Qualifications

• Experienced Cook: Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen, especially with fry stations or hand-breaded items.
