The Arrow Hotel in Broken Bow, NE is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will plate dishes, perform basic prep, read orders, and keep stations clean and stocked.

This is a full-time, in-person role with no prior experience required; we train the right person. Earn $15.50–$20 per hour, plus benefits such as direct primary care access and employee discounts.

Job Summary

The line cook plates dishes and completes basic food prepping tasks for the restaurant. Their main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station, cleaning up prep areas, and making sure the kitchen is clean and stocked.
