The Arrow Hotel in Broken Bow, Nebraska is hiring a Hotel Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and public areas to high standards. You will perform daily cleaning duties, ensure a welcoming environment, and support guest satisfaction in a historic, in-person workplace.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or similar role.
• Must have a High School Diploma.

Responsabilités

• Clean guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms.
• Replace linens, towels and room amenities per hotel standards.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo, tissues and toilet paper.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow proper chemical handling procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed (washing, drying, folding linens).
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures and health/safety regulations.

Job Summary

The Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. This role ensures guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment by performing daily cleaning duties to hotel standards.
