The following criteria should meet:

• Must be eager to learn Japanese culture and food!
• Must be able to work in FAST paced environment.
• Must be a team player.
• 2 years commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation: $17 to $23/hr (depends on experience & skills)
