Role: Line Cook

Our Culinary Team is responsible for setting up the line with proper tools and products, preparing stations for service, and maintaining quality and consistency. We seek individuals who thrive on culinary excellence and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using various kitchen equipment according to recipes
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively, including knives
  • Follow portioning controls and manage par levels
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards
  • Read thermometers accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate delays or issues to your Line Chef
  • Monitor menu item counts and report low quantities
  • Account for all items leaving the station
  • Follow food allergy procedures and handle special orders
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Be a team player and get along with others
  • Perform other duties as assigned
