Hash House A Go Go in Florida is seeking a Line Cook to thrive in a high-energy kitchen where creativity meets precision. You will own your station during high-volume service, prep across grill, sauté, fry, and broiler, and ensure dishes meet our signature oversized presentation.

We value speed, teamwork, and a passion for great food. 2+ years kitchen experience and strong plating skills are required; the role offers growth opportunities and a team-oriented culture.

Formación

• 2+ years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 6 months in a similar line cook role.
• Strong communication with BOH and FOH teams.
• Sense of urgency without sacrificing quality.
• Eye for detail, especially plating and presentation.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Physical stamina to stand long and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and passion for food, teamwork, and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Own your station during high-volume service and stay cool under pressure.
• Prepare and cook menu items across multiple stations (grill, sauté, fry, broiler).
• Execute recipes with consistent presentation and quality.
• Plate and garnish with attention to visual impact.
• Keep station stocked, prepped, and service-ready at all times.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and labeling standards.
• Close down station and contribute to a strong team finish.
