Scope of Position:

Responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, in accordance with the company's specifications and standards. Click here to learn more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, season, finish, and garnish all food in accordance with established recipes.
• Work effectively with team members including Cooks, Stewards, Chefs, and Servers to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all recipes and control procedures.
• Assist in all areas of food production as needed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with State Health Regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the hotel's standards.
• Ensure consistent attendance as per the hotel's attendance policy.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily through their education, training, and experience. Verification may be conducted during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform essential functions without accommodations or with supported accommodations (documentation required).
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication is required.
• At least one year of experience as a Production Cook in a full-service hotel, restaurant, or casino.
