We are hiring a Line Cook for The Nest Bar & Grill, a casual family‑friendly American bar and grill on the scenic grounds of Falcon Lakes Golf Club.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate high‑volume menu items with consistent quality, speed, and presentation using fresh ingredients.
• Manage multiple stations (grill, fry, sauté) during peak service while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams in a fast‑paced, positive setting.
• Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations.

Requirements

• 1+ year line cook or similar experience in a high‑volume casual dining or bar/grill environment preferred.
• Strong knife skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and commitment to teamwork.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain).
