Job Duties:

• Work well with a team, assisting during emergencies or rush periods.
• Prepare food according to recipes.
• Ensure even cooking by turning or stirring foods.
• Test foods for doneness by tasting, smelling, or piercing.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
• Portion, garnish, and arrange food attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in food prep areas.
• Manage food storage and temperature controls.

Physical Requirements:

• Bending, twisting, lifting heavy weights, standing long hours, and handling objects/tools.

Qualifications:

• Over 1 year experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 3 shifts per week.
• Must be a team player.
