Job summary

Angel Fire Resort is seeking an Indoor Support Staff member for the Children’s Ski School this winter season. You will help monitor and assist children between lessons, assist with rentals, prep food, bus tables, and maintain a clean environment.

Experience is not required; we provide training. The position is indoor with some outside duties, pays at least $15/hour, and includes a free lunch. Work is hourly, non-exempt, with weekend/holiday availability expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of facility by vacuuming, cleaning and stocking bathrooms, and cleaning cubbies, tables and windows.
• Supervises children between ski lessons by assisting them with eating, using the bathroom, and getting their ski gear on and off.
• Assists with the check-out procedures of rental gear and restocks boots, helmets, skis, and snowboards.
• Helps serve food and refreshments during meal breaks, cleans tables after meals, and provides assistance to kitchen staff and instructors as needed throughout breaks.
• Proactively looks for ways to help during shift so as to always be a support to staff and children.
• All applicants must be reliable, punctual, and have the ability to provide exceptional guest service at all times.

Angel Fire Resort is hiring for Indoor Support Staff to join our team this winter in our Children’s Ski School! The Indoor Support Staff carries out a multitude of tasks throughout the shift to provide support for the Children’s Ski School, such as monitoring and assisting children between ski lessons, assisting with rentals, prepping food, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean environment. The successful candidate will be flexible with the different job duties they may perform, will provide excellent customer service to the ski school guests including children, and will have a do whatever it takes to get the job done attitude.

Base Pay:Starts at $15/hr depending on experience. Free lunch included!

Environment:This is an indoor position with some outside duties. Must be able to occasionally lift/carry 30lbs.

Qualifications:No experience necessary, all training will be provided.

Other:Orange, black, grey, or white long sleeve shirts are to be worn under the uniform vest (no t-shirts or other colors). Black pants or nice jeans are to be worn.
