Job summary

Holiday Inn Express - Sheraton - DoubleTree is seeking a cook to prepare and plate menu items across prep, sauté, grill, fry, and bake stations. You will follow recipes, measure ingredients, and ensure proper temperatures for safe, delicious results.

You will collaborate with teammates, handle deliveries and stock rotation, and keep work areas clean while maintaining professional communication with staff. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience required.
• Ability to stay calm and multi-task during busy periods.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.
• Cooperative and team-oriented mindset required.

Manage multiple orders properly, in a timely manner and ensure proper temperatures. Communicate with coworkers and staff professionally and work as a team. Utilize safe food-handling procedures. Assist with deliveries, rotating and marking product. Clean areas as requested.
