Davey Tree Surgery Co. is seeking an Equipment / Jarraff / SkyTrim Operator to join a team servicing Guernsey and Tuscarawas County, Ohio, including Cambridge, Dover and New Philadelphia.

The role focuses on operating specialized equipment on utility right-of-way, with emphasis on safety and crew coordination. Qualified applicants will have 2+ years of mobile equipment operation experience, the ability to pass a certification, and complete Davey orientation and safety training on hire.

Qualifications

• Two years mobile equipment operating experience and training required.
• Must pass mobile equipment operations certification test.
• Davey Tree Orientation Program upon hire.
• Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving courses upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate Jarraff / SkyTrim mobile equipment on utility right-of-way.
• Ensure equipment and crew safety when removing trees on utility right-of-way.
• Assist in all job functions as a member of the crew.
