Qualifications

• Minimum of one year cooking experience.
• Ability to lift 25lbs or more.
• Cooking experience of 1-2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily and weekly prep and cleaning.
• Prepare simple dishes like sandwiches and salads.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and comply with health regulations.

Skills

Proven experience as a Grill and/or sauté cook

Experience in using cutting tools and cookware

Knowledge of various cooking procedures

Ability to follow sanitation procedures

Ability to work in a team

Very good communication skills

Manual dexterity

Very good physical condition and endurance

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
