Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and professional service to hotel guests.
• Prepare all restaurant and room service foods per menu specifications (grill, sauté, fry, bake, cold prep).
• Prep and execute daily specials.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Monitor expiration items, freshness, temperatures, rotation, waste levels.
• Communicate with staff to ensure high cooperation and service excellence.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean and stocked for service.
