Job summary

Schwan's CJ Schwan's is seeking a full-time production worker for a 2nd shift (4:15 PM–1:45 AM) in our Oklahoma facility. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with a $1.50 night differential, and weekly Friday pay.

You will unpack materials, mix ingredients, and ensure products meet quality standards while following GMPs and safety regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 years of experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to rotate schedules including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience recommended.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on concrete floors.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products, document waste, and address quality issues with supervision.
• Follow GMPs, safety regulations and report equipment problems promptly.
• Maintain compliance with USDA/OSHA/state/federal guidelines.

What You Will Do:

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).

What We Look For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
