Schwan's is offering a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for hours 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement. Primary duties include unpacking raw materials, mixing ingredients, assembling products, and packaging finished goods while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; record waste and notify supervisor of quality issues or equipment problems.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations (GMPs and safety).

What You Will Do:

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).

What We Look For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
