Job description

Position Title: Line Attendant

Wage: $18.50 - $22.50/Hour, Based on Shift Premiums

Shift/Hours:

1. 1st Shift: Monday- Friday; 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM
2. 2nd Shift: Monday- Friday; 3:00 PM - 11:15 PM
3. 3rd Shift: Sunday- Thursday; 11:00 PM - 7:15 AM
4. 4th Shift: Friday- Sunday; 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
5. 5th Shift: Friday- Sunday; 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Line Attendant team in Plymouth, WI. As a team member, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing and packaging of high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Line Attendant Responsibilities:

1. Prepare raw materials by removing packaging and ensuring correct quantities are fed into machinery per specifications.
2. Monitor product quality, inspecting for defects, mold, or foreign substances, and perform necessary cleaning or segregation.
3. Set up, operate, and adjust production equipment, including changeovers, sanitation, and basic maintenance as required.
4. Conduct in-process quality checks and complete required documentation accurately.
5. Operate production and packaging equipment, including manual and electric pallet jacks.
6. Inspect finished products, box, palletize, and scan for accurate tracking and processing.
7. Maintain stock of necessary supplies and ingredients for continuous production flow.

Requirements for Line Attendant:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
2. Prior experience in food manufacturing or production environments is a plus.
3. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
4. Ability to stand for the entire shift.
5. Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (35-50°F).
6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.
8. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
9. Willingness to work in varying temperatures, including hot or cold environments.
