Rubio’s Restaurant Group is seeking a Line Cook to prepare grilled, fried and heated dishes to Rubio’s quality standards. You will read tickets, follow recipes, manage proper temperatures and ensure item presentation.

You’ll contribute to a clean, efficient BOH, support inventory controls and maintain safety and health code compliance while working with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience required. Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hold grilled, fried and heated products. Ensure products are dated, stored and rotated as needed.
• Reads tickets and follows direction to determine proper amount of food to prepare.
