Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to learn multiple Line 2 Packaging functions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide break, lunch, and day-off coverage for Line 2 Packaging positions.
• Operate and adjust Bagger, Kwiklok, Wrapper, and Slicer equipment.
• Feed bread into slicers at about 55 loaves per minute.
• Inspect packaging and finished products for quality and codes.
• Maintain 5S, cleanliness, and HACCP compliance.
• Log daily production and quality data for supervision.
