Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related experience or training.
• Ability to learn multiple Line 2 Packaging functions.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Adherence to HACCP, CTS, SOPs, GMP, and JSA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide break, lunch, and day-off coverage for Line 2 packaging positions.
• Operate and adjust Bagger, Kwiklok, Wrapper, and Slicer equipment to support line operation.
• Monitor bread size, weight, quality, and slice count; report variances.
• Inspect packaging and finished products for quality and product codes.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness and organize work areas; follow safety protocols.
