Job summary

RAE Corporation in Pryor, Oklahoma is seeking a Line 2 Coil Brazer to assemble heat-exchanger coils by brazing u-bends, headers and distributors per pattern diagrams, ensuring leak-free joints before pressure testing.

You will read engineering drawings, perform gas-torch soldering, maintain a safe, clean workspace, and collaborate with the coil shop team to meet quality and production targets.

Qualifications

• Read and understand engineering drawings and bills of material.
• Read a tape measure down to 1/16 of an inch to ensure accurate measurement.
• Soldering and quality control: use a gas torch to apply solder and ensure leak-free joints.
• Monitor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Attach u-bends, headers, and distributors using pattern diagrams and solder components onto heat exchange coils.
• Ensure all solder joints are complete and leak-free and pass pressure test.
• Follow safety, housekeeping and compliance procedures in a heavy industrial environment.
• Accurately record time in the attendance system for payroll.
