Job summary

RAE Corporation is seeking an Industrial Coil Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will TIG weld U-bends, headers, and distributors into coil assemblies and perform pressure/leak tests to verify weld integrity and dimensional accuracy.

Responsibilities include reading and interpreting engineering drawings, selecting proper tools, maintaining a safe work environment, and assisting with minor equipment repairs.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of welding experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and bills of material.
• TIG weld coils including U-bends, headers, and distributors to meet size and specification requirements.
• Perform pressure and leak testing to verify weld integrity.
• Monitor production processes and equipment for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and report equipment issues.
