Job summary

Lumen Solutions Group Inc is seeking an experienced LIMS Administrator III to serve as the system owner for the Public Health Laboratory's LIMS. The role requires strong technical expertise in laboratory workflows, database administration, and system integrations.

The successful candidate will work closely with laboratory staff, IT teams, and vendors to maintain, enhance, troubleshoot, and validate LIMS applications (LabWare, Rees, Neometrix, and related systems).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field required, with at least four years of related work experience.
• Experience administering, supporting, or enhancing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Ability to analyze laboratory workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement technical solutions.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills; collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Onsite work in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma five days per week; familiarity with CLIA, CAP, and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the system owner and primary technical resource for the Public Health Laboratory's LIMS applications.
• Maintain, configure, and enhance LIMS to meet evolving laboratory and business needs.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and ad hoc reports for users.
• Coordinate testing, validation, upgrades, and vendor communications.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity across LIMS implementations.
• Create technical documentation, procedures, and training materials.
