Job summary

BillionToOne is seeking a LIMS Associate to support the CLIA lab's LIMS systems in Union City, CA. The role focuses on coordinating tech transfers between the lab and LIMS engineers, triaging support tickets, and monitoring LIMS usage for improvements.

Qualifications include a Biology or Computational track degree and hands-on lab bench experience, plus experience with LIMS or related lab tools. This onsite role offers flexibility to work from home or at our Menlo Park site when applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with Biological or Computational focus.
• Hands-on laboratory bench experience.
• Experience configuring or developing LIMS or lab tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot advanced technical issues.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Comfort with fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tech transfer between CLIA lab and LIMS Engineers.
• Triaging and responding to support tickets and closing them when possible.
• Monitor LIMS usage and suggest improvements to developers.
• Meet with lab staff and engineers to update products or launch workflows.
• Assist in testing and documenting new LIMS workflow versions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
