Responsibilities
Participate in daily scrum meetings to provide updates and resolve issues.
Lead weekly vendor management meetings with SCC.
Oversee integrations between LIMS and internal systems.
Manage Oncology panel file builds and configuration.
Review user production tickets and perform root cause analysis.
Ensure synchronization of configurations across environments.
Design and manage patient report templates.
Configure macros and actions for workflows.
Manage EDI references and result codes.
Gather requirements for enhancements and testing.
Coordinate vendor release planning and hot fixes.
Skills
Experience with SCC (Soft Computer) LIMS, particularly version 4.x
Experience with modules DxPath and Flow
Strong knowledge of file builds, system configurations, and integrations
Experience with 3rd party vendors
Ability to troubleshoot production issues
Experience in designing patient report templates and workflow macros/actions
Familiarity with EDI and result codes
