Job summary

MSR Technology Group seeks a skilled LIMS Administrator to join on-site in Oklahoma City for a 12-month contract with possible extension. You will maintain and upgrade LIMS systems, develop SQL queries, and ensure HIPAA compliance. On-site work is required and pay is negotiable based on experience.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in LIMS, strong knowledge of HL7, XML, ASTM standards, and related tools. Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a scientific field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical laboratory processes and regulatory requirements.
• Must be available to work on-site in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, and validate LIMS applications.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, laboratory workflows, and system integrations.
• Support HL7 messaging, XML, ASTM standards, and laboratory equipment connectivity.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to improve system performance.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide user training.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory standards, data security, and HIPAA requirements.
